What is your spouse’s daily routine? If you know your spouse, you should know this down to the last thing he or she does before bed.  This is one of the most important steps in how to catch your spouse cheating.  You must know their routine without question! Make a list of your spouse’s daily schedule, including the weekends. Do you normally send a packed lunch, and he is now buying lunch?  Does he normally call you once or twice a day, and now he is either not calling at all, or calling several times during the day to check in, including the last call to say he is running late.  Once you have their schedule written, you must now listen to every word that they say to see if it matches the schedule that you have written.  If not, make a note of it, as you will need it later.
